Default Dashboard display fading to dark
Does anyone know what causes the dashboard display to fad to black and what can I do to fix it? Image posted. Thanks.

That my friend is a billion dollar industry. use the search function in this and the SC forum.

LCD (liquid crystal display) dries out.

non repairable. replacement only.

I typed "blacked LCD" in the search field, came up with a few good ones, im sure you can find much more with different key words, sometimes the wording will get you.
