um, there are two circuits in the taillights - one for running lights, and one for brake lights - they use two different conductors inside the same socket - iirc, when the brake light is applied, the less intense filament is turned off and the more intense filament it turned on...

I keep looking at this thread. This is the very first SC I've seen with truly "custom" tailights. Good job CleanSC!

Unfortunately, due to the nature of these types of mods, no I can't offer it as a service. There's a lot of trial and error, experimentation, and breaking things. Plus it's a mission I don't want to go thru again, lol...

What kind of LEDs did you use for your taillights and how did you get them to work as both running and braking lights?

They sell led modules for that sort of thing.

No. After several trials I decided to leave them as delivered.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply knowing when to stop.
