My best friend opened his guage cluster up and has blue LED's shining up on the guage cluster from the lower right and left corners in his Max. Its a very eye pleasing mod I must say. I like the clean simple look which is why I'm going for the LED backlighting. Not sure which color. Either Blue or White. Probably the 6 Led bulb. I might add this Intelliglow needle to, but they are quite expensive just for a needle. About 50-60 bucks. Some that have it say they are worth it though. I'm worried about messing the calibration of the needles if I do this mod. Heres the link for the needles.

Go in and click on intelliglow needle kits.
Why in the world would you do that when for $99 (that's $25 per needle) Lextech would not only build your needles, but calibrate them as well?

I gotta tell ya, superbright led . com doesn't seem too superbright either. They only go up to 10k MAX in mcd when LLS sells 15k (double brightness) for less than they are asking per led. Nothing adds up here.

The Intelli needles was an idea. I saw someone with them, and maybe thought that it would look cool in my car. But if you say you have a better product that is also cheaper, then why would I look elsewhere.

Once again, If you have the better product for a cheaper price, then why would I look elsewhere. I stated SuperBright because many of us Maxima owners highly recommend them. But considering that you say you have the better product at a cheaper price, then I think I will let the Max people know about you.

Thanks for letting me know about ur products. I'll probably hit you up when I get closer to starting my project.

Just giving you options

that site sells blue and white led's from $1.29 to $1.59 each, whereas LLS sells higher mcd (10k for the blue, they only go to 8k) for only $0.75 each with a discount above 50 led's. Including resistors.
