I had both headlights on my 2001 LS430 replaced as a result of an accident. Ever since I have noticed and been told by others that one light is brighter than the other. Repeated trips to the dealer and repair place result in my being told everything is aimed and working properly. Can anyone tell me where I can get wiring and/or assembly drawings of the headlights so that I can check them myself?

if you are talking about headlights, there aren't many wires. if you trade to the bottom of the headlights you will see the ballast, and then you can trace down to the power lines
the other end of the ballst it will go inside the headlight and to the back of it where the bulb goes in. so you can see the connector
since they said the aim is ok so i assume the leveling and the autoleveling computer is working fine

Have U bought new bulbs?
i'm sorry is this LS430 with projectors or reflectors?
Eitherway, If u changed one bulb and kept one old one it could be the problem.. or ballasts etc..
If everything is brand new then it could be how they are aimed.... a slight change in aim can make it look brighter because its aimed higher or dimmer if its aimed too low!
