For that price I doubt it. The other thing is they say they are for fog lights so I dont think they would have the cutoff for the HIDs. I guess you could put the regular halogen bulbs to them somehow but that wouldnt be as good as HIDs.

These would not produce the lights as te Q45s. The Q45 projector is made up of 7 individual projectors focused differently to produce the final output. Because focusing 7 projectors is not a simple thing, the cutoff on the projectors are not as clean as some other single projector.
Back to this item. They are just fogs with a cover to simulate the Q45. It is a piece of clear glass and not 7 indivifual projectors.
