the best HID kits i've known so far is CATZ, but they discountinue. I got HID EXPRESS upgrade bulbs in my car right now and it's working fine to me.

im assuming u want a 9006 converted HID kit... i cant really tell what kit to buy but for part specific i can recommend:

HID bulbs - ONLY phillips or osram (i prefer phillips over osram... osram will give u a slight pinkish color while phillips will give u a more blue color)

ballast - phillips, denso, kioto, hella

expect to pay premium if u deside to get a kit with phillips ballasts

You dont really want aftermarket HID in your Halogen housing.

Do it right and get the OEM HID housing w/ HID.

putting 9006 hids in your halogen housings will produce glare to oncoming traffic, this not a good thing. not to mention, it may attract cops too.

the best thing to do is put in OEM HIDs from Lexus which has the right lense that does not produce glare.

if you're going to do the 9006 HID, go with name brand parts like philips bulbs and ballasts.

check the vendor classifieds, they may help you out.

hidplanet.com is a great resource for more info on HIDs.
