I've never considered H3's to be a good actual FOGLIGHT bulb, I have gone through a couple of PIAA's before, the super plasma one looks the most like HID but it doesnt put out as much light, the xtreme ones are brighter <whiter compared to regular halogens but still look yellowish if you use them along with HID's> if you really want a nice setup, id recommend to get a HID kit
How do the Piaa Plasma yellow bulbs compare to the GS yellow fogs which have a yellow lens in it?
I think yellow would look great but yellow bulbs I have used in the past were dull and not inspiring compared to say the GS400 yellow fogs.

nothing close to the yellow fogs on the gs400 or is300. the ions are yellow on the road and from the sides, but if you look at the light source directly, it looks a lot whiter
I have a set of H3 series that would match well. I just picked them up for my BMW to match with my hid's. They're not $50 each, but they do put off some very white light.
So, what's the consensus for SC430 fog lights to be brighter...HID is expensive but the way to go? H3 hyper white cheapies might be the least expensive and give marginal benefits and stay away from Piaa and plasma they aren't worth the cost? I like the yellow idea...I always thought the GS yellows and the old school LS 1st Gent looked cool with yellow. Any pics would be great. I have a red SC430...don't know how yellow would look.
