If someone touched my 6000k bulb, how do i clean it?

Default If someone touched my 6000k bulb, how do i clean it?
Dude at autozone let the back of his fingers touch my bulb and stuff, not his fingertips. but i dont want it to blow up or anything, how do i clean it?

since no one else repsonded yet I will give you my guess. The problem is suppoosed to come from the oils on your hands. My guess is that if you used some alcohol to remove the oils that may solve the problem.

Plain rubbing alcohol will work. You could also grab some Vodka out of the liquor cabinet and use that as well.

As long as it wasnt touched when the bulb was on you should but fine, just wipe it down with a dry tissue

rubbing alcohol is the best, for any type of bulb.

Yup what he said. Just make sure you choke the guy that did it first hehe. Then sip some of the extra Absolut while you're at it lol. Just joking
