Dirty headlights

I don't mean to spam, but headlight care can be a real pain. Personally, I recommend http://www.mdwholesale.com/ . Just check out the before-and-after picture of a cadillac, it's about half way down the page.
The chemicals work great and the kit comes with nitrile gloves to keep your hands nice and safe. The kit is rather inexpensive, comes with all you need, and teaches you how to professionally clean your headlights to keep them in tip-top shape.
Send me an email if you have any questions about it and I'll help you as much as I can.
Sincerely,
Brandon Dennis

condensations gets formed inside the lens...
the link u posted is dealing with old oxidized headlights and how to restore them...
I don't think drilling a hole is a good idea. I recently am faced with the same problem..and I think it is because I opened my headlight bulb and did not properly close it... Take a look at the rubber seals/washers...if they are torn then

dj - i'm in the same boat...
sucks.
and i JUST had headlight film applied to them 2 months ago so if i swap out the headlights, i have to get them redone and even if i bake the headlight to wipe the interior or redo the rubber seals, the baking process will screw up the overlays.
oh well, maybe this is a sign for a new ride...

I don't know if your headlights have this rubber o shaped seal surrounding the bulb, but if it does, take it off, like "unscrew" it. Then remove the bulb. Use a leaf blower to dry it out. Then get some RTV sealant and seal the outer edges. Problem should be solved.
