Default Remove overhead lights

is ther any tricks in removing the interior overhead courtesy light covers, other than prying them off with a screw driver--seems to take quite a bit of force.

IS350, but I'd think most Lexuses have similar retaining mechanism for the light cover. I want to change the bulbs to white LED to match the reading lights. Can LED fade in/out like incandescent bulbs?

i think led should be pretty consistent over time

though no, the cars are pretty different. my gs400 and is300, the way to take off the cover was very different. and now staring at my sc430, i don't think they have anything similar

not sure about the new IS and GS of course

thanks for the reply--exactly what I was looking for. LED's, like fluorescent lights, probably require a constant voltage and can't fade like incandescent bulbs dol.
