Polarg 9006 Miracle White

I am thinking of replacing my stock foglight bulbs w/ Polarg 9006 Miracle Whites. Anybody have it initheir car? do they look like hid? are they street legal?

If they are white they are legal. No halogen bulb ever comes close to HID.
