GS HID fog light fuse questions????
I just install the rebased 4300k Phillips HID's in my fog light and i put the 20 amp fuse in and everything works fine unless i try to turn the fogs on when the car is off, the fuse blows.
When i have the stock HID headlights in auto mode and the fogs ready to come on and just start the car the right fog lamp does not turn on, but the left one turns on and works fine. To get it to come on i have to switch the fogs off then turn the back on again and they both work.
I am wondering if there is not enough power to start up all of that stuff at once, so just one fog light and the headlights come on.
Can i use a 25 amp fuse to solve this problem?
Or is that a bad idea because i am allowing too much current to go through the stock wires?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks
