There are a trillion bulbs that have a blue tint to them, literally and a majority of them are crap. Things to consider for halogen is a compromise between color output and performance unless you go for a really expensive and high performance brand like PIAA, Polarg, or Raybrig.
Look for high output from stock draw wattages along with color you want, since you indicated blue you'll probably be looking into 4700K+ in bulbs. I'm a fan of PIAA and that's all I run and they have Xtreme Force rated at 4700K and it has a white with blue tint color, and Spark Blue rated at 7500K that runs exceptionally more colorful but I haven't seen the output. Good luck.

I like the look on my Nokya Arctic White 7100k bulbs. They look great. A good idea for our cars is to purchase a heavy duty wire harness (plug in the bulb at one end, and the stock wiring harness on the other) to prevent your connectors from burning up like mine did. The bulbs look great and provide a LOT more visibility. The heavy duty wiring harness pair will run you no more than $20, KYO makes a good one for 9006 applications.
