Hey guys! I"ve been meaning to do this small yet catchy mod. Changing the all door lights to LED's. I chose the flat one to make it more light out since most LED's point one way. I just got them in today installed one right away to see the difference. Do everything tomorrow with more pics.

Bought them from this guy from Hong Kong. Pretty fast shipping. Very cheap at $6.XX changed per set shipped. Discounted of course if mutliple auctions or bulbs like I did.

I got some of those reverse LED bulbs. BTW the size you have shown there is the stock size which is 921 not 7440. I have a pair also with 9LED's like the set you have. Anyways, the light output was horrible. I could barely tell the reverse lights were on looking straight at it! I switched it back to the stock bulbs since the lighting was so bad. Tell me how your experience with it is.

I got the 6 led for the dome from this guy in HK and the ones for the doors as well. Very bright lights, similar to HID .

 

hey jay..next time u see me...i'll show you all the LED mods on my ride i did already.. i did some custom work on the domes and yeah i switched out to 6 led also for the doors. I also switched out the ignition/glovebox/footwell/trunk/ map lights/ vanity...all to white.

my rear dome lights each have a custom 24 LED output..... its like a baseball stadium back there..LOL

I am also looking to do this aswell. But I also wanna change my License Plate lights to LED ones. Awesome mod. I am going to order spare wonder how long they will last. ?

 

lxboy..LED's last much longer than stock bulbs because they don't use as much power...
