the LED conversion you guys laughed at
about 5 months ago I brought this LED conversion up. and Some of you laughed and flamed the thread. I bought a set of Trailer LED retro fitting units because I measured the brakes light section on the 1jzz30 and it was the same size. Today the lights came in and I installed them .Here are some pics, not bad for $80 and they are 2 stage ( tail lights and Stop lights).
Once it drys and I install I will post pictures of them installed

I'm with them, who cares what the flamers say. Looks like a great job too! Tutorial time That's what I want to do for my brake lights and blinkers (97 style tails).
Do you get the blown bulb message whenever the lights turn on?

I never laughed... and I don't know who did. Using trailer LEDs is the best way to go -- they're made to DOT specs, which will potentially save you some trouble if a police officer starts asking questions
