Default My RX350 w/ lighting upgrades

Wanted to share pix of my 2007 RX350 with new lights. So easy to do and really makes a difference in appearance:

* Fog lights - Installed MTEC Cosmos Blue 9006
* Parking lights - Installed 194 wedge LEDs (brand unknown, purchased on EBAY for $4)
* Driver and Passenger door courtesy lights - Installed Polarg M4s

All in all, I am very happy with the look of the new lights. I had initally added the PIAA Super Plasma GT-x for the fogs but found they were too purple'ish. The MTECS are much closer to the blue/white I was looking for.

Great start on the RX350 and those courtesy lights (first time I have seen such a shot close up in an RX) are fantastic.

One of the things I plan to do with my RX is do the gauge lighting on the dash with some different colors.

Slightly, only because there is not a lot of room for your hands to turn the bulb and pull it out, kind of a tight fit. But gaining access to the bulb itself is very easy. On the passenger side it definitely helps to unbolt the washer fluid reservior hose right behind the headlight assembly first to give you more room.

By parking light, you mean the "city light" inside the highbeam housing right? Not the orange sidemarker. A 194 bulb fits in there??

Yeah, I think we're talking about the same light. (the owners manual refers to it as the parking light). It is indeed a 194 wedge bulb. The Polarg M4 will also fit. But I did not they were bright enough.

Hey rinse... I am looking to buy the same fog lights, but was wondering how they actually look next to the stock HID low beam.. I saw they had a 4350K mtec super white... dunno which would match up better....

Default 194 wedge LED for RX350

I bought the 194 LED, but it look different from Stock Parking Light. Rx350 Stocking parking light is a long connecter. How do you remove from the stock?
