Default Rubber caps

Not a Lexus-related question, but it's for my wife's Corolla (1998). I'm replacing one of the burnt out bulbs for the backlighting behind the instrument gauge cluster (actually the speedometer). Each of the 3 backlighting bulbs is a 194 type with a green rubber cap, and during the process, I accidentally tore off the rubber cap from the burnt out bulb. The rubber cap is very thin, but that's not an excuse as I should have been more careful when removing it from the old bulb.

In any case, my question is: Does anyone know where I can get similar 194-size rubber caps, preferably green color and of thicker material?
