Question for you HID owners
I just installed my HID today using retrofitted D2S/9006 bulbs from www.hidexpert.com and was wondering if there is a way to get rid of this "bleeding" of light that shines on top of the cut off line. Do I need to use casper shields or is it just the way how the projector is?

There is... it's not easy but it will make your cutoff sharper and will eliminate the little lights at the top..
Parts Needed:
- two 4"x4" sheets of aluminum
You have to take your projector apart and create your own shield. That glare comes from holes that are in the factory shield. You don't have to replace the factory shield, simply cover it. It's quite easy once you get the projector out.
I did this a while back and created a post about it, you might want to search for it.
If I find my old post, I'll give you the link.
EDIT.. FOUND IT! LINK

If you wanted the perfect beam, you should have also retrofitted the HID type projectors (like the audi one ) Because the stock one is made for halogen bulbs. But then again, it's more work and more money....

are you sure you are using the right type of bulb?
you might also want to check the way your lights are aiming too

True, Luxor's glares look much brighter than mine and his cutoff is a little strange, but I thought that was the way the picture was taken. Perhaps it's how close he is to the garage.
