I'm going to buy HIDs for my low beams, which is H11 correct? My question is if I get the bulbs/ballasts for my low beams, will my high beams still work?

unless the IS has some very weird setup, i don't see how the high beam would be affected if you put hid on low beam

the only time high beam will be lost is when you have a dual filament bulb (9003 or 9007) when the low beam bulb has 2 filaments, one for low beam, and another which is a high beam and is on at the same time the high beam bulb is on. you wont have this problem since u use H11 bulbs i believe, which are single filament.

Yes your HIGH beams should still work. .

High beams for the IS are different bulbs than the low beams, so the highs will not be affected at all when you replace the lows with HIDs.
