Does anyone know of a source to get LED festoon bulbs somewhere in the 25mm - 27mm length range? On the '06 GS430, the trunk bulb is this size. I have some 30/31mm long LED bulbs and if you bend the pins on the socket, you can sort of force it to fit, but then you cant turn the light on or off (the on/off switch rocks the bulb left to right) I need something shorter but cant find a source.

I've checked all the obvious places (eBay, superbrightled.com, autolumination.com, google search) but no luck.

Anyone?

BTW, the sylvania website (the most often quoted source for identifying bulbs for most cars) lists this bulb as a 2825 but I think the website is wrong. From all my searches, it looks like a 2825 is wedge bulb like the 168/194 bulbs.

Try velocityleds. Thats where I get mine from on ebay. They have sorts of sizes. IThey have a direct site too. Just google Velocity LEDs

How long do the LED's from VLEDS last? I've bought different bulbs from different sellers online and they only seem to last a few months before flickering or dying out completely.

Do you know the Bulb number for the two Dome lights in the 2007 IS 250 that arent the 4 bright white ones, but are they big yellowish light ones?? I want to replace those two w/ Super white LEDs and also my trunk light w/ a LED but I know all the info on the trunk one!

Let me know this please, I dont want to get the wrong bulb haha!
Also, how hard is it to open up those areas to replace lights for the interior dome lights??

Thanks. Just checked them out and they only carry the same sizes as everyone else. Smallest festoon bulb they carry is 31mm long, which is too long for what I need it for.

I guess the search continues...
