I actually did buy the exact same pair from that Ebay seller not too long ago. I figured it was really cheap and I wanted to see how they work. Shipping was fast... however, the 3w LED bulbs are still too dim, especially in daylight.... I left the seller a positive feedback, however.

if they're going in the tail lights, under the RED housing... you shouldn't need red bulbs too. just get refractor white LED's (the one's with 5 led's per 'bulb'), I've seen people use them with good results locally.
