Default Lazy Light

first start the car both HID lowbeams work....the pass. side is very dim and then flickers out then wont work until the car sits for a while.
would this be a bulb problem or HID controller problem?

How long does the bulb stay on for?

As the previous post said, remove the bulbs and swap the 2 sides. If the other bulb dim out after swapping sides then it means the ballast is bad. If the problem switches to the other side then it means the bulb is bad. A new pair of bulbs usually runs about $100 or so. A single ballast can be found for around $100-150 or so.
