Are there after market kits for side mirror turn signal lights as on the M-B? I believe they are a safety issue since I avoided an accident on the thruway when a car was moving into my lane and I was in his blind spot as soon as I saw the turn signal light on his side mirror I was able to avoid a possible accident.

Theres a product from autozone ...Pilot Automotive Amber turn signal lights.
they are about $$25
They are basically a plastic light strip you glue to the mirror housing and you run the wires to the turn signal. My friend installed them on his integra and they look awesome at night.

Those lights look cheesy. Unless you are willing to do a custom light fit to your side mirrors, do not bother.

Maybe one day some company will come up with a complete blinker mirror that and one that will fit both sides of the car. Not covers i mean the actual mirrors..
