You can go here:

http://www.lextech.org/

send your cluster to get the needles redone...

I just bought a working cluster off ebay for about 75 bucks... took the needles out and swapped them into mine.

Keep in mind these needles are LED and not a plastic needle with a bulb in the back.

they're burnt out. If you want them replaced go to lextech. And try searching for 'burnt needles' or something before some of the older member get annoyed

You don't take them out. Why don't you write the lls guy's? (or at least read the FAQ) it'll speed up the process

i wouldn't trust lextech anymore. i've sent my cluster to them 2 times and as of right now, i got two needles out, about 1/3 of the leds behind the cluster are out and about 1/3 of them are blinking which seems like they're about to go out too. on receiving my cluster the second time, one of the needles didn't even light up because they had the led poles reversed... and they told me that they test everything before they send it out... well needless to say i'm not going to them ever again.

edit : to help clarify the pole reversal... well i'm not electrically inclined as i had a friend with EE to test it. putting it on the board didn't work, no lights... nadda. we flipped the power wires, and voila it worked. so that's what i meant.

the poles can't be reversed. that's not even remotely accurate.
