So my driver side bulb started flashing, figured it was time to replace them. What a difference new bulbs make. I replaced with philips OEM D2R and the color has more yellow, so I guess i'm gonna have to wait for them to shift toward blue in about 200-300 hours...but they are a lot brighter now...
