Default my low beams look like tunnel vision

Can anyone help me out with this one... I replaced the low beams and the projectors cut off the light so it looks like I have eyelids or tunnel vision.. Also how many lights do I need to change out in the gauge cluster of a 92 es 300?

Can you a post a pic of the headlights (preferably at night with a wall shot)? This should provide us with the info needed to give proper info on fixing the "problem"

Or..its just the stock cutoff of the beam so that other drivers don't get blinded?

You didn't have that before? Maybe it was that your old bulbs were so weak you couldn't see the stock cutoff line. Anyhow post a pic so we can confirm please.

Looks normal to me. When you have projectors, you will see a focused bright spot of light on the outer lens of the headlight right in front of the projector.
As the light gets farther away from the source, it will spread out wider.

You might want to upgrade your lightbulbs though. They look a little weak.
Looks like one side is brighter than the other.

some say the left side is "supposed" to be dimmer but I disagree. You can adjust the bulb inside the housing slightly and if you move the bulb's position you'll be able to see the light output increase or decrease depending on the location within the projector housing. If you're interested in evening out the light output, fire up the bulbs and move the left bulb around up and down. Once you get the output you want, lock it in place with the metal tab.

Or - of course, just go with an HID conversion kit! You'll notice a phenomenal difference.

hmm- just did some homework and the bulb is a 9006 the metal wire I was talking about earlier would have been for an H1, H3, or even 9003. You sure you put the bulb in properly? All the tabs are in their corresponding slots?

Just making sure.

The left one looks like that because I started fiddling around with the adjustments trying to get the hole projector to shine light
