This is my first ever HID kit (McColluch) so I have no idea if my bulbs are going bad or not. But I tooked them out to look at them and I see white dried up residue in the inside of the bulb, so there is no way I can clean it. Should I get new ones and replace them or it's nothing? I would appreciate any kind of input. Thanks.

thats just burn in when they are turned on! nothing u should worry bout all of them normally come that way from being tested by the manufacture

How's the light output? If it's not affefcting the light output then you shouldn't worry.
