Well So I Wanted To Try My Friends China Made Bulbs As They Seemed Way Brighter Than My Hellas....my Bad...
Hellas Are They Way To Go With 2 Year Warranty!!--yes They Replaced My Hellas Before Without Receipt...

I Plugged The China **** Bulbs ...my Lights Worked Fine ..!!! For 5 Minutes Then One Of Them Went Out...

Coudnt Figure It Out WHAT WAS WRONG.. THEN IT HIT ME..... That Damn Bulb Melted My Socket...

Went Over To Local Shop And Been Told That Those F@#$ Chinese Lights Are Garbage!!!

Never Again

Here Is The Pic Of My Dead Socket.. Yes I Had To Get A New One From
Lordco( Mech Store) 9.99$

Any bulb that draws way too much wattage will result in a melted socket.

They are total crap. I replaces some plugs on a DSM and turns out it shorted out the body harness somewhere.

Meh - this is just the common story of using a bulb with a wattage that simply exceeded the normal 55W norm and thus melted the plug.

Happens ALL THE TIME to people who make a dumb decision of using "hyperwhite" bulbs for $20/$40/$90 bucks or whatever they cost because they can't afford a true HID lighting system.

Just throw in an HID kit and call it a day.

If you really want to run higher wattage bulbs at least get bulb harnesses that are made to take more wattage. They should be just plug and play.

Now..if your talking about Chinese HID kits..thats a different story.
BUT its not limited to Chinese bulbs only, Its your fault you used a higher wattage bulb on your stock harness.

When one of my bulbs go down here, I get what ever bulb will work as far as the wattage. Any expensive bulbs are liable to pried off...just ask some of my Porsche friends.

BTW, we can get the Cuban cigars here in Mexico along with Cuban rum (great stuff).

lexuriouss- get a 9006 hid kit and call it a day dude. as far as price, just get whatever, i've tried the low dollar ones and the expensive ones- you'd be surprised how well the low dollar ones perform when compared to a standard philips kit.
