hey steve.

this sounds like a dumb question but if you put a HID kit on a 04 gs3 non HID.. people were sayin that you lose the high beam?!? is that true?

do i need to buy a whole new headlight? or do i just take out the old bulb and replace it with the HID kit?

i'm ready to buy a HID kit but have a few questions.

thx

not true. the high beams on the 04 GS are in the middle and are seperate from the low beams.

Hi scooter58,

If your vehicle uses 2 separate bulbs for the high and low beam you will not use your High beam functionality at all. Installing an aftermarket HID conversion kit will have no effect on your high beams at all.

if i buy one of your kits..
is it a pretty easy install?
so i checked and i do have 2 separate lights. do i have to buy 2 different kits?

is there an HID kit that puts out a light that looks like stock gs430 HID lights?

how much would that kit cost w/ shipping to 89139?

sorry for a da q's

thx steve

Hello,

Your vehicle uses a 9006 bulb for the low beams meaning that you would need to order a 9006 HID conversion kit.

On your vehicle, installation will be plug+play.

I would suggest going with the 5000k Xtreme kit to best look/colour match OEM HID:

http://www.xenondepot.com/product.php?product_id=142

Shipping is $25 via DHL delivery fully trackable. It will be added to your order upon checkout.

Yes Sir. As long as your vehicle uses a 9006 bulb for the low beams this kit will work.
