Hi I have a 2006 IS 350 with stock halogen light and I have just purchased a H11 6500K conversion kit from xtreme HID. I was wondering if my headlamp housing is ok with that conversion kit or do i need to change the housing into something that will work with the conversion kit? this will be my first mod done to my car so i'm hoping there isn't going to be a lot of trouble. =(

You should check with your (HID) dealer and if he says it works for your car, you should have no problem.

 

Just like the GX470 that uses h11 halogen, the hid kit is perfect with the halogen projector

After you put your kit in, just make sure the top of your beam/cut off is below the side mirror/lower window to prevent blinding the other drivers.

No other hardware is needed.
