GS300 + LS430 + TSX + Valeo =
I have had these lights for a while now. Some people have seen these pictures. I just figured I would post them up to share. LS430 lows (w/ TSX lens swap & 1 washer) & Valeo highs. The high beams create a tunnel at night. They fire straight ahead and dont blind people coming toward me on the sides. High beam projectors are awesome. My camera is a little on the budget side so please forgive the quality. I cant view these pictures at work either so I hope they posted correctly.

Thanks guys. I do have HID fogs as well. I turned them off to take these pictures though. I read up on Tiguy's thread, where he built a LS430 retro himself, to get an idea of where to start. I just variated and mounted the LS projectors as deep into the bowl as I could because I didnt want to trim the factory bezel. I used the same mounting technique (screws, washers, nuts, etc.). I did have to trim a little opening in the rear of the housing to make room. The Valeo's were not fun. I had to create a way to mount them. I ended up using plumbers tape (roll of flat metal with various sized holes in it. I know you've seen the stuff) screwed to the bottom of the bowl (at the front edge) running left to right. I then looped it back toward the center onto itself to make a loop for the mounting screws to slide through. Then I used washers and nuts to mount the screws to the tape. Its hard to explain. Imagine sliding a bolt through a belt loop and using nuts and washers to pinch the sides of the loop and hold the bolt in place. I got nothing. Thats the best I can do to describe it.

I think this is about what someone could expect to pay. Just dont forget the labor / time it will take.
$300 = LS430 projectors
$150 = TSX projectors
$75 = Valeo high beam projectors
$150 = Spare Lights for no downtime

I made crosshairs on the back of the projector bowl, before I hacked it, to help with up down left right alignment. The pitch was the hardest part I spent almost 2 months making these (spare time). About a week was just me being **** about the pitch. You can always adjust up down left right to an extent later. I sat them on a table and used painters tape on the wall to mark where the level, step, & pitch were. Then I lit up the next one and traced the tape to make sure they were aligned together. I kept a 8mm wrench in my car making tiny adjustments to height until I had it right. I think it all paid off in the end.
