Default TSX retrofit- Need help how to wire it

I bought a set of TSX projectors with OEM ballast and wiring. I'm going to retrofit these to my 92 SC. The ballasts are Matsushi-ta and it has BLACK and GREEN wires and another black wire.

Should I wire the black and green wires from the ballast to my 9006 wiring?

What's the other black wire for?

Please see picture.

I would recommend you tap those green & black wires into a relay.

4 prongs on the relay
1) power (ballast)
2) ground
3) power (battery)
4) signal (from 9006 harness)

Also add in an inline fuse holder so that it'll blow that before damaging your lighting system...

Consult with your local audio/automotive store on how to wire that up properly, but that's the gist of it.

Hey, I really appreciate your help. Thanks!

Where can i get that relay? Can you draw me a diagram of the wiring you are talking about? I checked HIDplanet.com forums and there are diagrams but they are not making sense to me because i'm a total newb.

Is this what you are talking about? I don't understand why there's only one 9006 plug in that picture

Get a harness as others said, those ballasts are VERY VERY VERY sensitive to moisture, polarity etc and are known to have a very short life span. I bet you bought these off of ebay as a set from one of them bulk dealers, nonetheless my suggestion would be to sell the ballasts and go with something eons more dependable such as the Hella Gen 3 ballasts. These ballasts would be open to damage from elements so your best bet is to avoid the pain to replace these later by picking the right ones now. Just so you know these are OEM ballasts off of an 02-03 Maxima. Granted if these are in working condition you can expect to get anywhere from 100 to 140 for this set and a used set of hellas can set you back 100 to 160.
