Default Replaced lights with LED's and now nothing works...

I replaced all my interior lights with LEDs except for my trunk last night. I went outside to my car to replace the trunk light with an LED and found that none of my lights work. Not even the stock LED lights in the front and rear overheads.

Im puzzled what I could have done. I didnt see any sparks or anything. The car works fine, starts up with no problem just as it normally would. Im guessing I messed up the circuit but as to how or why I am not sure.

Any suggestions?

All LEDs are V-Led.com lights. Car is in signature.

Thank you!!

Solution found. Turns out a fuse was blown. A quick trip to the dealership to replace a small #10 fuse in the fuse box labeled "DOME" solved the problem. Total cost: $1.36, about 30 minutes of my time, and some gas
Thanks anyways!
