Default is it ok to install HID's with slight condensation?

searching brought up no definate answers, so i figured i would ask. for xmas, i got a set of hids but im not too sure if it is safe or ok to install with a passenger headlight that gets a little foggy/moisture from time to time. the moisture isnt bad, just the inside lens gets little film of fog early in the morn.

would it be alright to install? common sense tells me no, but i could definately use the extra light as the roads where i live are poorly lighted. also, my new headlight wont be in for another week or two. thanks in adavce and happy holidays!

might as well wait for the new set in a week or two.
