Those are the regular 85122 bulbs, I think JnC is talking about the 85122+ which are brighter than the regular 85122. He talks about the differences in post #14.

LOl u didnt miss nothing emoshun i havent even started yet

I just bought everything i need for the retro, and i think imma open up my old lights on my car, since i opened them before and siliconed them together, so itll be easier to pull apart.

Ive looked on HID planet for people who have tried to do this retrofit, but all the posts i read didnt give me the information i needed. All i really need to know is what needs to be done to mount the projector/bracket to the SC housing.

I know its been done and people have made posts of their finished product but none explained what they did to make the bracket fit!...maybe i misread?

HELP MEEEE EMOSHUN LOL

P.S any progress on the ES fog retrofit?

This is a plate I made. Just a slab of metal with some holes drilled.

This is what i was looking for!

Is this for your E46 projectors? Or TSX?

If its for TSX do you have the measurements of the template?

This picture helps alot, now i can give it to my friend to give him an idea what im looking for, he has all the tools and know how to make me one.

Thanks Red

well we are lost lol..

but for you guys that have done it before did you guys keep the stock adjustment mounts? Or did you aim them and mount them permanently?

Also at the bottom of the TSX projector housing its not flat, like the SC projector housing, did you guys trim that down? for it to sit flush or no?

Right now we are doing trial and error and will be sanding one of the eyes off on the corner for it to fit the headlight housing.

Any input would be appreciated

Thanks lol
