Mate I know how difficult it is to get it right. What I was planning for the bracket was to make a custom surround with the original beam cut off pattern plate inset onto it.

I make mine out of 6061T6 aircraft Aluminum. On a waterjet.Check out my links. The retros I have done.No cutting or glue need.you use all the parts in your headlights. You don't need to buy screws and nuts.

Okay i need somebodys help againn. My wiring harness connects to my stock headlight connector and then power goes through a relay box, after that its supposed to disperse power to both ballasts. Well the power isnt getting to my ballasts. I can hear the relay click when power is ran through it, but its like it wont close the contacts to let power go through.
I tried another relay and the samething happend just clicking and thats it.
Can anybody help me please!
Thanks
- Justin

Does your harness connect directly to the battery? If you have the right harness it should have a connection for your stock connector and another connection to the battery. When you flip the headlight switch, your stock connector will switch the system on but will not power it, from there your relays should provide power to the ballasts directly from the battery.
