I just ended up reusing the stock rubber/plastic ring/seal and it worked fine. If you want to completely seal it, just buy a plastic pipe endcap from Home Depot, cut a small hole for the plug wire, and fit it into the seal opening.

I finally almost finished the retrofit but i have another question. Im in the process of aiming them.

Will the way the projector lense is positioned effect the beam pattern?

When im standing str8 ahead of my car like 50 feet back and i walk left (toward the passenger side) i get blinded lol is that normal or do i adjust it?

Your output on the wall should look something like this, the following is a picture of a pair of S2ks.



the reason why you are getting blinded is probably cause they are not aimed right and also cause there is more light towards the right of the car than left, this is so you can see more of the pedestrians and path ways on your right and cause less glare towards the left of the car on the on coming traffic .

mine isnt nice like that! I think its because of the reflective housing/lines in the lense is making the output unclean
