IS250/350 projectors
if my car didn't come with HIDs are the projectors the same as the others that did come with HIDs?
someone told me they're halogen projectors as opposed to HID projectors.

On the 2IS's that got the AFS option, the projectors will actually turn when your car is turning. Of course these also come with true HID's (4800K).
But for the extra $1200 or so to upgrade to AFS, it would be much cheaper just to buy yourself a XenonDepot kit.
