I mean 1 bulb.

The ceramic rod is bent but the wire inside of it is still ok. Will this function normal?

jeslet - don't worry about it man. i've done a heck of a lot worse to a bulb just to see how much it could take.

The bulb is fine. The ceramic rod is to cover the return wire. In many cases the ceramic would crack and people still use the bulbs. It's fine to use them, but a cracked ceramic will reduce the life of the bulb because more heats gets to the return wire. In your case, i wouldn't worry about any issues. Don't try to push it back into place either, it'll crack.
