Interior light problems
I was changing everything inside to LED's and I had all of them done except the both driver side doors and the visors. I did the rear first and when I put the LED in it was on for a second then turned off. I put the filament bulb back in and it would not turn on. Same thing happened to the front door right aswell. THEN, I tried the driver side visor and the SAME THING HAPPENED except this time it took out the rest of the interior lights EXCEPT the passenger side lower doors. I checked the fuses I thought would be associated with this but none were blown. WTF? I thought these pulled less power? The A/C Climate works but the radio does not and the alarm will sound if I open the door and not start the car but then I cannot disable it with the key fob (or enable it). Anyone have any ideas?
Why would both passenger lower door lights work but no other interior lights? Is there a certain fuse that is in line with just those? Maybe I burnt out a relay?

I am having the same issue with mine. But mine is the driver and passenger under dash by your feet housings. I tried to carve them out a bit with a knife and then they just dont work. I did find the fuse panel on the passenger, but i didnt have extra fuses so i didnt even look. But my friend that works at lexus said more things would be out like yours did, if I blew a fuse. So maybe I broke the housings? anyone have this problem?
