The clips will just come right off the old projector, but on mine they had to be modified a little to accommodate the bolts and nuts I used to mount the plate. You will have to shave off a few mm in a certain spot at most.

Nice job....but looks like highbeams are ON...too bad there is no easier way to adjust besides re-doing it again. GL.

I played with the multimeter a little today when I got home, and found out if I bypass the switch of the relay the hids will turn on, so now I know my ballast and bulbs are fine. Tomorrow I just have to remove the entire harness from the car, chop up the expandable sleeves, re-solder the entire harness, and cut it to fit on the SC.

here are more pictures of the retro I did ,so you guys can see how I mount them.

I redid the bracket to make it more easy to do the retros.

This is the NEW design.More round on the corners for better aiming. The projector can be held with 3 bolt.you do need to cut the TSX in several places.See pic in link.

Finished everything up today, but I got to wait for night time to finish all the adjustments.

My lights weren't working because one of the wires came out of my relay harness, and the relay was damaged, but that was a quick and easy fix.

Passenger headlights after being polished

Passenger side ballast

Driver side headlight after being polished

Driver side ballast, and most my wiring harness tucked into the side

Front end shot

Hids fired up.

So that he doesn't end up buffing his bumper too.

Rotary buffers can do some damage on edges, so you have to tape them off or be very careful.

NIOCE!

I had to aim mine with the nut and bolts that i mounted with, i couldnt use the stock adjustments. No room like you stated on the previous page..the projector housing would hit the back of the headlight housing. Pain in the butt to aim but i got them aimed good now

Ill post pics of mine too when i get the chance

shouldn't you move the projector as far up as possible. It will make adjustments a little easier. I'm going to tackle this projecto next week. It'll be my ~10th retrofit. whoo!!!

projector sits fine the way they are right now. Moving it further up wouldn't make the projector sit flush anymore. We were trying to go for the OEM-look. Without a shroud, the bowl will be exposed a bit. This retro looks just like stock, but without the stock crappy output.

The lines and old crappy plastic lens is really killing the output of the tsx projectors. I compared it with my friends tsx, and his cutoff was much sharper and the lights were noticeably brighter, even my friends integra with a tsx retro was brighter then mine, but his hids stopped working during our comparison, so my retro>his retro.

I think I want to buy a brand new set of headlights, and deline them if I'm ever up to do the work.
