Does 3000k HID look greenish? Is this normal?

You still might want to contact them and tell them about the situation. You don't want to give them any excuse for not letting you return them since you have them for more then a week.

I just installed my 3K hids in my GS, and even with the yellow lense inside the fog lights they are super green for the first minute or so... After that, they become super yellow, lol.
