I install my HID fog lights along with the remote control wireless fog kit. At times, the lights flickers, and at other times it works normal. when i push the on button on the remote.. What is causing this problem?? The fog wires aren't wired to anything to the car fog light harness. It has it own power supply from the battery.

where are you grounding the fog light kit?

one is ground to the body of the car, the other is ground to a piece a metal

try grounding to the battery or sanding off some paint wherever you're grounding.
