I've had my car for a year now and about 2 months ago I decided to replace my ugly OEM D4S bulbs with Xenon Depot 8000k replacements

after doing so I drove the car to jersey and back to miami had them on the whole way... no issues what so ever about a week after getting back. one random day my left headlight stops turning on...

I got a replacement bulb from Xenon Depot cuz they have great service and are very fast

and upon replacing the blub.... same problem. doesnt turn on. I put the OEM 4300k bulb back in... same thing NOT TURNING ON!

Took the FUSE out of the right side head lamp and put it in the spot for the left side fuse... still NOT TURNING ON.

so it can't be the fuse.... it cant be the bulbs....

does anyone have an idea what the hell it could be!?

Just go for a warranty. Its better then tinkering with it and maybe accidentally breaking something.

Sounds like your ballast died

Yeah, test the stock bulb on the left side. It's very unusual that stock ballast dies, so put everything back to stock and have lexus replace it.

kinda hard to warranty it when the inside is painted gunmetal lol... call me up vinny i think i got your problem resolved

hmmm, just lookin through threads trying to see if future problems may occur for my Xenon Depot 6000k d4s hid bulbs and i was just wondering, how was this problem resolved? did u go back under warranty and did they fix it? or did you go another route?
