Default Projectors for the retrofitting projects...

What do you guys think?

I'd like to get some thoughts from the seasoned retrofitters out there...

Cheers!

Do you have any cut off lines? What is the diameter of the lens? Many would probably want a shroud. Another drawback I see is that its for H7 bulbs.

here are some pics of the cutoff. please excuse the makeshift stand.

diameter of the lens: 2.5"-3", I forget the exact dimensions but can find out next Sunday.

Will you have one for the D4S? I'm looking to retrofit my fogs with the same projector as my headlights.

sorry, none for the D4S bulb type. if you're going for a specialized fog light setup for your IS, I think the jdm is-f fog light is a d2s setup with some LED bulbs in a triangle pattern.

I can't justify spending over $1k for HID fogs. So I'll retro my own.

You would need projectors, bulbs and ballasts.

Ballasts- go with anything OEM, shouldn't spend more than $100 for the pair

Bulbs- go with Philips 4300k (bulbs used in lexus, audi, mercedes, bmw etc...) or Philips 6000k Ultinon for more color. NEVER after-market bulbs.

Projectors-go with LS430, S2000, TL, TSX. NEVER after-market projectors.
