So I searched around a bit and found little on a important topic. Sorry if there is a thread on this allready.
So I bought some Audi TT projectors and when I installed them in my delined Sc400 I noticed I had a yellow Cut off vs. a blue/purple.
So in order to change the cut off color you either bend the shield toward the bulb
you will see a dramatic color difference
if the cut off looks smuged or blurry just move it toward the lens slightly
it will sharpen
also to get even better cut off try and use the clear lenses![Woohoo](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/woohoo.gif)
so if anyone has more information or if I'm wrong on something please post
rather then the frensel lenses
also if working with the TL projectors if you place 2 #8 washers on the bottom two screws that attach the lens holder to the relfector you also will see a increase in cut off color

All of the suggestions you gave will "help" get rid of that orange in the cutoff. Those projectors in general aren't very well performing, i doubt you will get your cutoff blue unless you paint the top and side of the shield facing the lens flat black. It has something to do with diffraction of light.
Clear lenses will also help. Go to hidplanet.com there's a TN of info there.
