hey dembou - I have a set of Garax 6000k d4s bulbs installed for my lows and XD HID 6500k fog kit installed. the pics looks like its blue but its white when u see them in person. You can check the pics out on this thread:

You can see that its kinda blue-ish color to it, but its white, i tried to take the best pic i can get of the garax set, but freaking slr cameras has too many options!

Hey Funnie, thanks for the pics, looking nice. Waiting to receive my garax 6000k
I'm trying to figure out what number and type are the daytime lights ( the ones on, when you relese the parking brake) to swap them for whiter ones.

You do realize that the 6K and 8K reduce output severely, a 6K bulb is barely making 2500lm and an 8K drops to around 2000lm... which is a good halogen at that point... I guess a good looking halogen at least.
I would upgrade to a 55W ballast, and pull the cutoff shield back 0.1 to 0.5mm and you will get a nice purple blue colors whihc will flicker in the other driver's eyes making them much better looking.
A Clear lens upgrade is also an option if you can open your headlights.

6000K yields approximately 2800 usable lumens
8000K yields approximately 2500 usable lumens
For reference, stock 4300K has 3200 usable lumens.
No where near the 1200-1300 lumen output of a good halogen.
