Is it constant or does it twinkle?

It shouldn't be too hard, just imagine christmas lights inside your ride!

each one of the "stars" is a fiber optic wire, the stars brightness is dependent on the diameter of the fiber optic strand. the strands are bunched together into a bundle then placed in front of a bulb. the ligths twinkle becuase a slow moving wheel rotates in front of the bunched fiber optic strands, as the wheel turns lightis cut off to different stars.

This technlogy exists for home theaters, its probably pretty easy to transfer over using LEDS instead of a bulb. It would lower the power consumed and run cooler... also brighter and you could change the colors.
