Default 1157 bulbs

What's the difference between 1157 and 1157NA bulbs? I switched my orange stock turning signal bulbs to piaa 1157 blue/white and it won't blink when I'm signalling. I tried a cheaper brand and those didn't blink either. You see, the original bulbs are 1157NA and I can't find those anywhere. I wonder if those are two different bulbs.

I have standard 1157 in my parkling lamps, I have had both super whites and xenon, they both blink when they are supposed to. What brand are you buying?

I tried the Piaa brand and a no name brand. Both do not blink, only the original orange bulb blink. When I signal, only the rear bulbs blink.

What year is your ES? I used "Eurolite" and "APC" Parking lamps. If you look inside, they have the two filaments that blink individualy. I have neer heard of Piaa. I went to Pep Boys to get my parking lamps. Try using another brand, if you can find eurolite, use those. Let me know what happens.

Default I have PIAA's also

hey dude, if you're talking about the front cornering lamps, I have those superwhite PIAA's also. They work fine on mine and look pretty cool compared to the cheapie blueish ones. Maybe you got the wrong voltage ones? I dunno..

Default PIAA

As far as i have heard, PIAA's are very good. Not only are they expensive, but they have a very good reputation in my area. You must simply have the wrong bulbs for your car, although i cannot say for sure.
