Hid help!!!
So I have had my HID 8k on my car for about 2 years now, and i have notice a color change in my driver side headlight. It looks like a bright halogen bulb. I've been doing some research and i think its the bulb. Trying to get some last minute advice on it... Thanks Comments would help a lot

Do you have a warrenty on your HID kit? And how many Watts does it produce 35 or 55?
What is the difference between 55w and 35w kits?
Our 55w HID kits are 40% brighter than the standard 35w kits. The 55W system ballasts are about 1 cm longer than the 35W ballasts. 55w kits tend to wash out some of the color of the HID bulb due to the light output( for example, a 55w 8000k will look similar in color to a 35w 6000k kit).55w Kits are not recommended for smaller fog light housings because they tend to concentrate a large amount of heat in a small area.
Good thing i got lifetime warranty

It's completely normal. Mine do the same then and then change back after a while. Sometimes it's very noticeable and then after a period of time it will blend back with the other. The HID bulbs do change color throughout time.

Hmm... Well I say you wait it out a bit longer and see if it gets any better before spending the money on new bulbs. Try driving with them on all the time instead of just evening and night, see if it makes a difference. Sure it sounds like a dumb, but maybe by using them more often they will burn back to the same. Hope you get to the bottom of it soon.
